This page demonstrates the doctrine: no deletions, no silent edits — only append. It answers one question every organization eventually asks: what was executed, where, and when?
Note: this is a UI demo. It stores entries in your browser (localStorage) to simulate immutability.
In v1.1 this maps to KV/DB (append-only) + retention by plan.
